Comfort Master Heating & Air Conditioning did a terrific job installing the new heat pump and air handler. The inside and outside job areas were neat and clean. All the old equipment was removed. The documentation for the new units were given to me at the end of the day.

Comfort Master is a very responsive company. They provide prompt responses through phone or text, and if you have an issue will resolve it quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC service or new equipment

I love this company. They installed a replacement HVAC system in our home during 2016. Provided customer service was great prior to the system being installed, Three (almost four) years later they're still providing superior service. So glad to have them in our corner.

Comfort Master has always been professional from their office administrators to the folks who come out to service the equipment. Wearing all protective gear during COVID. Letting me know any issues with my system and what is critical and things to watch. Affordable prices, but their customer service is above and beyond.

From the time CM installed a new heat-pack 10 years ago I have had them service it using their service contract, I have been really happy with their expertise and advice given. All the engineers that I have had contact with have been very professional in their work and very courteous. The contacts at the office have been extremely helpful and patient all the time.

Had my biannual service done. The office called when they had an earlier opening for the appointment and were able to get to me the next business day. The tech was prompt in his arrival, received an automated text 30 minutes beforehand just to make sure I was still available. While he was here, installation of a new compressor and duct system in 2015 and will continue to use them.

I've been using Comfort Master for over 11 years now. They always are on time and have always taken good care of my system. I recently sold my home and moved to a new location and attempted to call the current service contractor for the system and couldn't get anyone to call me back. I reached out to Comfort Master and answered right away and were able to schedule me within a few days. As always great Service !

Comfort Master responds very quickly to concerns and issues. All staff are extremely pleasant and responsive. Technicians who do the maintenance are always friendly and very knowledgeable. This company provides customer service in an old-fashioned "family style," something much-appreciated in this day and time! The technician called to notify me and then arrived on time to complete the maintenance service on a Saturday morning. He followed COVID 19 safety precautions and was very professional. He installed the iWave R device that we requested to help with allergy and dust issues. There were no unexpected issues found at this visit. This was our second interaction with Comfort Master and we have found them knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They have been very willing to educate us about the status and function of our units.

We switched from another HVAC company a year ago and could not be more pleased. Our technician is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. In the past we always had an odor issue with our air conditioning when it ran after being off for more than a few days but we did not experience it at all during the most recent (2021) cooling season likely due to it being properly cleaned by Comfort Master. Our fall service was performed efficiently and our heating system is working well. We are very glad that we made the switch!

From biannual maintenance checks, to payment plans, to office calls, to making appointments and repairs and, most recently new Trane HVAC equipment installation, this company, Comfort Master, does an outstanding job from start to finish! The staff and customer service representatives were excellent with their guidance on equipment purchase, in setting up various appointments and helping me to secure financing. Ismael and Eduardo did an OUTSTANDING job on installation, equipment set up, getting the unit into a "tight space," working around plants and helped to cutback a boxwood shrub. They cleaned up the area completely and left paperwork in a folder with unit information. They recommended the required carbon monoxide detectors necessary to pass the City Inspection. And the customer service representative set up the Inspector's visit at a convenient time.

The financing company, [Financing Company Name], has been excellent to work with, through Comfort Master, and very efficient. I felt like I got a reasonable loan with a decent APR rate.

They were originally recommended to me by a neighbor back in 2015 and I have not been disappointed with any visit since. I feel like I have received honest feedback at various visits and professional, reasonable recommendations regarding various situations over the years that have come up with my original, older HVAC unit.
